GUIDED VISIT OF THE MEDIEVAL WALLS AND OLD CENTRE OF CITTADELLA
Guided visit of Cittadella, a beautiful medieval walled town near important centres of art such as Padova, Vicenza, Treviso. Cittadella has the same Venetian historical background of other walled towns like Bassano del Grappa, Marostica, Asolo and Castelfranco Veneto.
Our guide will accompany you along the medieval walls, a rare example of medieval means of defense with a still practicable, perfectly preserved parapet walking. As a matter of fact it is one of the most beautiful means of defense in Europe, with walls high 14 meters and keeps up to 30 meters that alow a panoramic view at 360° of the landscape around.
With a short walking tour, you will discover also the old center of this wonderful medieval city.
Final break with a glass of wine in the old centre.
