COOKING CLASS IN LOCAL FARMHOUSE
The Venetian cooking course is held by an expert chef in a traditional country house in the heart of Veneto, between Verona and Venice.
You will learn how to cook like Venetian grandmothers and mothers do every day in the kitchens of their families and you will discover the secrets of poor Venetian cuisine.
Each dish will be introduced by a curiosity that makes it typical and its nutritional characteristics.
Possibility to choose between: typical Venetian or vegetarian cuisine, bread-making or pastry.
Price: on request for a minimum of 2 people up to 20 people
Included: Personalized apron – Practical three-hour course with tasting of the dishes (lunch or dinner) – fish or meat dishes · gluten-free cooking or for intolerant people – Complete menu: appetizer, first course, second course and dessert- Doc and Docg wines in bottle – Two experts.
Depending on the number of participants, the lesson can be divided into work groups
