THE VENETO RING

Leaving from Venice, the bicycle path of the Venetian lagoon islands crosses the islands to reach Chioggia (province of Venice). After visiting the historical centre of the town, you can continue cycling along the bank of the Bacchiglione River; passing through the Benedictine Courts of Correzzola (province of Padua) you arrive at the oldest thermal spa in Europe, the Euganee Thermal baths (Padua). From here the centre of Padua can be reached in no time at all. Still following the Bacchiglione River, in a landscape dotted with villas, you reach Vicenza and its historical centre, which is classified as a World Heritage Site. After a break in the city, the path leads to the foothills towards Marostica and Bassano del Grappa (province of Vicenza), the former famous for chess and the latter for Palladio’s Bridge of the Alpines. Among the rolling hills, the path finally reaches Asolo (province of Treviso), one of the “most beautiful villages in Italy”. Passing through Montebelluna (province of Treviso), the Montello nature is nearby, with Treviso and its historical centre just a bit further away. From the capital of the Red Radish, the path again returns to the lagoon by means of the GiraSile bicycle path, along the banks of the river of the same name.

FROM LAKE GARDA TO VENICE

The itinerary, which extends from Lake Garda to Venice, offers a panoramic view of the rich history and tradition of the provinces of Verona, Vicenza, Padua and Venice. Departing from Garda, a historical town on the lake, in the province of Verona, the path connects different cyclable courses along the natural paths of the Adige and Brenta rivers leading to the Venetian mainland. The cyclable path of the Adige River, which ends in Verona, is rich in examples of the Veronese Romanesque art, and crosses through the areas where the fine wines Bardolino and Valpolicella are produced. On the stretch that connects to Vicenza, the splendid Palladian villas narrate the stories of ancient nobility. From here the bicycle path along the Berica Riviera leads to Padua, home of the innovative artists Giotto and Mantegna, and then re-departs towards Venice, retracing along the Brenta Riviera. It finally arrives in Mestre (Venice), where cyclists can replace bikes with public transportation and reach Venice.

We offer muscular and electric touring bikes, gravel bikes, muscular and electric mountain bikes, accessories for children. We have a bike park of 100 vehicles that we can make available to guests, whether they are couples or groups.

We can deliver from 2 up to 30 bicycles to any city in the Veneto region or other destinations.

Here are some indicative rates for deliveries/collections of up to 6-8 bicycles:

Bike collection at our rental points in Montegrotto Terme or Galzignano: no cost
Bike delivery/collection in Padua: €40.00 each way
Bike delivery/collection in Mestre: €130.00 each way
Bike delivery/collection in other cities: ask us for a quote

The rates must be reconfirmed based on the requested date, number of bicycles and specific delivery/collection address.

Are you arriving at the airport with your bike in your bag and need to reach the first accommodation facility? We can provide a transfer service from the airport for up to 4-6 people, store the bike bags and return them to you at the end of the tour.
Do you want to use your bikes but don’t know how to transport them to the city where the tour starts? We can pick you up directly at home and transport you to the destination.
Are you planning to skip or shorten a stage?

We can transport up to 8 people and 8 bikes with a minivan. For larger groups we can organize the service with more vehicles or with a coach.

We can assist you in planning your itinerary, from structuring the stages to defining the routes. We have extensive knowledge of the Veneto region that allows us to recommend only the best routes.

We provide our navigation App full of content and practical information on the chosen routes. You will need to download the app from your store and create a free account. You will receive a link where you can download the tracks to use for offline navigation. In addition to the possibility of navigating, even using a voice assistant, you will find all the points of interest geolocalized such as sites and monuments to visit, stops at the winery or restaurants selected by us and in general all the useful suggestions to transform your tour into an authentic experience of the territory.

Do you want to travel light, carrying only what you need for the day? Let us transport your luggage between the various stages. We will take care of picking up your luggage in the morning and have it ready for you at the next accommodation facility by the afternoon.

The service is available for small groups of 6 or more people.

If you prefer to feel free and pedal, carrying your luggage with you, we can provide you with the rental of 24L Vaude bike bags along with the bikes at a price of €2.50 per day, per bag.

We know the area and have partnerships throughout the Veneto region. If you want to rely on us to book accommodations, we will be able to choose the ones that best suit your needs.

All the facilities we offer meet the following characteristics:

They are always equipped with a bike storage room
They are safely accessible by bicycle via cycle paths or urban roads that are not dangerous.
We choose central facilities or those close to city centers, to give you the opportunity to experience the city on foot once the bike ride is over.
They have an internal restaurant or the possibility of dining in the immediate vicinity of the hotel

We normally offer our customers 3 and 4 star hotel facilities with good comforts. For specific requests, we can adapt to smaller or larger budgets.

Are you a group and want to rely on an expert guide of the area?

A cycling guide is able to study the route best suited to your needs, accompany the group safely and knows how to intervene in case of mechanical problems. He knows the area by illustrating the peculiar aspects of the places crossed.
